Ecogold, a respected manufacturer of premium saddle pads in the equestrian industry, is looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our operation in Montreal. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about equestrian sports and eager to dive into a career in sales and marketing, focusing on exceptional customer service and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales efforts and customer service.
- Assist in organizing marketing initiatives and events to promote our products and enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain and nurture customer relationships through proactive communication.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and manage their distribution across various channels.
- Address customer inquiries and ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements to our products and services.
